介绍了井下工作面双局部通风机自动切换控制系统的工作原理及其软硬件设计。该系统由主电路和切换控制电路组成,以PIC单片机为控制核心,通过风速传感器检测风量信号;当发生通风故障或者电气故障时,切换控制电路发出切换信号,主电路切换主要通风机与备用通风机,使主要通风机停止工作,备用通风机运行,从而保证不间断通风。该系统可减少井下掘进工作面的无计划停风,进一步保证井下工作面安全生产,提高工作效率。
This paper introduces the working principle and hardware and software design of automatic switch control system of double local ventilator in underground working face. The system consists of a main circuit and a switching control circuit. The PIC microcontroller controls the air volume signal through a wind speed sensor. When a ventilation fault or an electrical fault occurs, the switching control circuit issues a switching signal, and the main circuit switches the main ventilator and the standby ventilator Machine, the main fan to stop working, standby fan operation, thus ensuring uninterrupted ventilation. The system can reduce the unplanned wind stopped on the face of underground excavation to further ensure the safe production of underground working face and improve work efficiency.
