一、 1991年7月下旬,中国科协科普部在大连主办了科普报刊研修班。21家科普刊物和6家科技报的社长,主编等参加了学习和讨论。这次学习的中心议题是学习贯彻中国科协“四大”精神和《科学技术期刊管理办法》,交流经验,规划“八五”,使科普报刊在促进科学技术转变为生产力和提高全民族科学文化素质方面做出更大成绩。关于当前如何办好科普刊物和报纸,普及部负责同志指出:第一,报刊要坚持正确的政治方向,为社会主义服务,为人民服务。第二,正确处理政治和业务的关系,各报、刊要办出各自的特色。第三,
First, in late July 1991, the Popular Science Association of China Association for Science and Technology sponsored a popular newspaper and newspaper seminar in Dalian. 21 popular science publications and 6 science and technology newspaper’s president, chief editor, participated in the study and discussion.
