我厂所有2、4类轴承(特大型轴承除外)的铜保持架的铆钉孔加工,均用φ2~5mm钻头在Z512机床上直接钻孔。 以前,用20#机油润滑冷却,但加工时,冷却性能仍不理想,钻头易发烫,使铜保持架铆钉孔的精度受到影响。而且,由于钻头发烫,钻头上的机油一部分以油烟形式带走,另一部分却牢牢地粘在铆钉孔周围。虽经表面脱脂处理,但仍不能彻底除掉。用长时间脱脂,其粘附的油污虽能除去,但基体的颜色却受到严重影响。为了保证表面处理后的质量,我们曾改用表面处理前汽油清洗,但工人的劳动强度增加,同时还花费了不少汽油。
