介绍了甲基四氢苯酐的立体异构化和结构异构化反应机理,分析了原料组成、催化剂种类及用量、异构化温度、异构化时间对异构化反应的影响,并通过对产物性状、色相、结晶时间、吸湿稳定性和固化物着色性测试等研究了异构化方式对产物的影响。结果表明,较佳的甲基四氢苯酐异构化工艺条件如下:原料石油C5馏分配比m(反式-间戊二烯)/m(异戊二烯)≈70/30,甲基四氢苯酐组成m(3-Me-△4-THPA)/m(4-Me-△4-THPA)≈70/30,只进行立体异构化,催化剂醋酸钾添加质量分数0.04%~0.06%,异构化时间2~3 h,异构化温度160~180℃。
The mechanism of the stereoisomerization and structural isomerization of methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride was introduced. The effects of the composition of the raw materials, the type and amount of catalyst, the isomerization temperature and the isomerization time on the isomerization reaction were analyzed. Product characterization, hue, crystallization time, hygroscopic stability and curing colorants test to study the effect of isomerization on the product. The results showed that the optimum process conditions of isomerization of methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride are as follows: the ratio of C5 fraction of raw petroleum C5 (trans-piperylene) / m (isoprene) ≈70 / 30, Hydrophthalic anhydride is composed of m (3-Me- △ 4-THPA) / m (4-Me- △ 4-THPA) ≈70 / 30 and is only subjected to stereoisomerization. The catalyst potassium acetate is added in an amount of 0.04% ~0.06% Isomerization time 2 ~ 3 h, isomerization temperature 160 ~ 180 ℃.
