社会主义法治理念,是引导社会主义法治国家建设的理性化观念体系。我国现行的法学教育模式偏重于向学生传授现行规范的法律知识,而忽视了法学原理的教育。如果学生对一些理念行的问题把握和理解不深,就很难有把课堂知识与社会实践相结合的能力及素养。开展社会主义法治理念教育是以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央从我国社会主义建设全局出发,着眼于我国法治建设实践经验和我国的基本国情而提出的一项重大决策,因此在法学教育中深化社会主义法治理念教育的意义非常重大。
