用 EL ISA双抗体夹心法检测了 2 5例缺血性脑血管病发病 2 4h内、2周时的血浆 D-二聚体 ( D- dimer,DD)纤维蛋白原 ( Fibrinogen,Fbg)及血清纤维蛋白降解产物 ( Fibrin degradation product,FDP)含量 ,并与健康对照组比较。结果 :缺血性脑血管病发病后 2 4h内 DD、Fbg、FDP含量显著升高 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,2周时 DD水平持续升高 ( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,而 Fbg含量下降 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,FDP含量亦略有下降 ( P <0 .0 5 )。说明在脑缺血发生后 2 4h内存在高凝状态 ,但同时存在纤溶功能被激活 ,2周时出现纤溶功能亢进。
The serum levels of D-dimer (DD) fibrinogen (Fbginogen, Fbg) and serum were detected at 2 weeks in 25 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease by ELISA double antibody sandwich method. Fibrin degradation product (FDP) content, and compared with the healthy control group. Results: The levels of DD, Fbg and FDP were significantly increased within 24 hours after the onset of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (P <0.01), and the level of DD continued to increase at 2 weeks (P <0.01) Fbg content decreased (P <0. 01), FDP content also decreased slightly (P <0. 05). Description of cerebral ischemia within 24 hours after the presence of hypercoagulable state, but at the same time fibrinolysis is activated, fibrinolysis hyperthyroidism occurs at 2 weeks.
