介绍了一种基于导电纤维编织屏蔽的宇航轻型射频同轴电缆的研制。该电缆采用密度小、导电性好、耐辐照的表面镀银聚酰亚胺纤维编织屏蔽和性能优良的低密度聚四氟乙烯绝缘、辐照交联乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物护套。相比同规格传统镀银铜线屏蔽宇航射频同轴电缆,两者电气性能(特性阻抗、电压驻波比和衰减常数)相当,其同时还减轻重20%以上,耐辐照性能提高约100倍,具有传输频率高、插入损耗小、轻质、低逸气、耐辐照等特点。
A kind of aerospace lightweight RF coaxial cable based on conductive fiber braid shielding is introduced. The cable uses a low density, good electrical conductivity, radiation-resistant surface silver-coated polyimide fiber braid and excellent performance of low-density PTFE insulation, radiation cross-linked ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer sheath. Compared with the same specifications of traditional silver-plated copper wire shielding aerospace RF coaxial cable, the electrical performance (characteristic impedance, VSWR and attenuation constant) are equivalent, while reducing the weight more than 20%, improving the radiation resistance of about 100 Times, with a high transmission frequency, low insertion loss, light weight, low exhaust, radiation-resistant and so on.
