在日本,温州蜜柑、椪柑等宽皮柑桔的贮藏一般在高湿度下进行。试验表明,如采后即贮,15天浮皮果率就达10%,45天几乎达到100%;如采后先行预贮,再进入高湿度贮藏,可使果实缓慢恢复到预贮前的状态,但随后也会发生浮皮。也就是说,预贮也不能防止高湿度贮藏下浮皮果的发生。
