本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对山东省农村中小学的体育教师现状,体育课、课外体育活动开展情况,配备的体育场地器材设施,《学生体质健康标准》情况的执行,竞赛与训练等方面进行了调查和分析,发现山东省农村中小学体育教学发展过程中由于受经济发展水平所制约,学校对体育教育重视程度不够,学校体育基础场地差,器材缺乏,经费缺乏,师资队伍存在突出的问题,体育课执行效率低等原因制约着山东省农村中小学体育教学水平的水平发展,要解决这些问题就要加大体育经费投入,修建体育基础场地,添购器材,努力提高体育开课率,丰富课外活动;改善体育师资队伍状况,加强教育主管部门的监督领导等,为此本文研究并且提出了解决制约着山东农村中小学体育教学发展水平的相应的策略,力求使山东地区农村体育教育展开新的局面,使体育素质教育真正的能够平衡发展。
