招商城市主场工程位于深圳市福田区,地面以上主楼33层,地面以下2层,建筑总高度为99.7m。结构平面和竖向均不规则,属超限结构。采用ETABS和SATWE对结构进行了整体分析,两者的计算结果吻合较好,且满足规范的相关要求,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对受力关键的型钢混凝土柱进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,型钢混凝土柱中型钢和混凝土的应力均在规范限值以内。介绍了对结构荷载取值和地震作用取值、自振特性、风荷载和地震作用下的计算结果等内容,并介绍了针对工程的具体特点采取的抗震措施。计算和分析结果表明,结构设计解决了超限问题,结构设计安全可靠,可为相关工程提供参考。
The main project of China Merchants City is located in Futian District, Shenzhen City, with 33 floors above the ground and 2 floors below the ground. The total building height is 99.7m. Structural plane and vertical are irregular, is an overrun structure. ETABS and SATWE are used to analyze the structure. The calculated results agree well with each other and meet the requirements of the code. The FEA software ABAQUS is used to analyze the stress-limited SRC columns. The results show that , The stress of steel reinforced concrete columns and concrete are within the specification limits. This paper introduces the value of structural load, the value of seismic action, the characteristics of natural vibration, the calculation results of wind load and earthquake, and introduces the seismic measures taken for the specific characteristics of the project. The results of calculation and analysis show that the structural design solves the over-limit problem, and the structural design is safe and reliable, which can provide reference for related projects.
