On January 31, 1999, the second revision of “Accounting Law of the People’s Republic of China” was reviewed and passed by the twelfth meeting of the Ninth National People’s Congress Standing Committee and will be held on July 1, 2000 Execution. The promulgation and implementation of the new “Accounting Law” is a major issue in the construction of accounting work and accounting legal system in our country.
