对于我国西部广大农村而言,开展大学生“村官”计划是解决“三农”问题、统筹城乡发展、推进社会主义新农村建设的有效途径,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的重要举措。访谈发现,大学毕业生普遍不了解“村官”计划,对西部农村及村干部的认识较为刻板,参加西部大学生“村官”计划的意愿很弱。综合分析表明,只有营造氛围良好的社会环境、制定切实可行的政策法规、完善持续有效的保障机制、采取正确得当的工作方式才能保证西部大学生“村官”计划的顺利实施。
