本文以传统奶业向现代奶业转型为视角,以钻石模型为理论框架,对内蒙古奶业竞争力进行了研究。结果表明,内蒙古奶业具有明显的比较优势和竞争优势;丰富的生产要素、巨大的市场潜力、良好的政策环境和产业间的互联互通为内蒙古奶业发展提供了机遇;但奶源紧缺、养殖规模小及奶农组织化程度低成为制约转型期内蒙古奶业竞争力提升的主要因素。
In this paper, the traditional dairy industry to the transformation of modern dairy as a perspective, the diamond model as a theoretical framework for the competitiveness of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia were studied. The results show that the dairy industry in Inner Mongolia has obvious comparative advantage and competitive advantage. The rich production factors, huge market potential, good policy environment and inter-industry connectivity provide opportunities for the development of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia. However, the shortage of milk sources and breeding Small size and low level of the organization of dairy farmers become the main factors restricting the competitiveness of Inner Mongolia dairy industry in the transitional period.
