一.前言大学体育作为高校工作当中的重要组成部分之一,其地位也在不断提升。当前,我国体育事业改革正向深层次迈进,大学体育必将随之做出相应的变革。体育教师做为高校体育的执行者,承担着教学、训练和科研任务,其专业素质、知识结构应不断更新以适应高校体育发展的需要。因而,继续教育正在成为高校体育教师提升素质水平、改善知识结构的一个重要手段。

At present, the reform of our country’s sports undertaking is going forward to a deeper level, so college sports will surely make the corresponding changes. As the executor of physical education in colleges and universities, PE teachers bear the tasks of teaching, training and scientific research. The professional quality and knowledge structure of PE teachers should be constantly updated to meet the needs of PE development in colleges and universities. Therefore, continuing education is becoming an important means for college physical education teachers to improve their quality and improve their knowledge structure.
