通过电火工品电磁脉冲效应感应电流测量的典型实例,介绍了测量不确定度分析的一般方法,具体分析了感应电流测量过程中的不确定度来源及各不确定度分量的分析评定方法,最后给出了感应电流测量结果及其扩展不确定度,为以后电火工品电磁脉冲效应感应电流测量的数据分析提供参考。
This paper introduces a typical method of measuring uncertainty of inductive current through the typical examples of electro-magnetic pulse induced current measurement, and analyzes the source of the uncertainty and the method of evaluating and evaluating the components of uncertainty in the process of inductive current measurement. At last, the measurement results of induced current and its extended uncertainty are given, which can provide reference for the data analysis of induction current measurement of electro-magnetic products.
