本文详细讨论了多孔介质模型在管壳式换热器数值模拟中的应用,开发了一套能自动生成多孔介质特性参数的通用程序。该程序主要基于三维交错网格及SIMPLE算法,然后运用该模型,采用改进的κ-ε模型和壁面函数法,对换热器壳侧的湍流流动进行了数值模拟。计算结果与换热器冷态实验结果符合良好,表明该模型和计算方法是切实可行的。
In this paper, the application of porous media model in numerical simulation of shell and tube heat exchangers is discussed in detail, and a set of general procedure for automatically generating characteristic parameters of porous media is developed. The program is based on three-dimensional staggered grid and SIMPLE algorithm. Then, the model is used to simulate the turbulent flow in the shell side of the heat exchanger by the improved κ-ε model and wall function method. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results of the cold exchanger of the heat exchanger, indicating that the model and calculation method are feasible.
