以十七大精神为指引,深化保险教育改革,实施人才兴业战略,培养和造就大批高素质人才,是推进保险业持续健康发展,更好地服务社会主义和谐社会建设的根本大计。深化保险教育改革与发展,必须贯彻落实科学发展观,借鉴国外经验与坚持中国特色相结合,理论与实践相结合,院校与企业相结合,继续教育与职业教育相结合,整合行业资源,利用社会资源,形成多渠道、多层次的人才教育培训体系,为探索中国特色保险道路而育人,为保险业又好又快发展全力提供人才支持。中国保险学会在活动范围、组织网络和社会资源等方面具有自身的特点和独特的优势,应积极发挥服务功能,为推进保险教育的改革发展贡献力量。
Guided by the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC, deepening the reform of insurance education, implementing the talent development strategy and training and bringing up a large number of highly qualified personnel are the fundamental plans for promoting the sustained and healthy development of the insurance industry and better serving the construction of a harmonious socialist society. To deepen the reform and development of insurance education, we must implement the scientific concept of development, draw lessons from the combination of foreign experience and persistence in Chinese characteristics, the combination of theory and practice, the combination of institutions and enterprises, the combination of continuing education and vocational education, the integration of industry resources, Social resources to form a multi-channel, multi-level education and training system for professionals to explore the path of insurance with Chinese characteristics and educating people for the sound and rapid development of the insurance industry to provide talent support. China Insurance Institute has its own characteristics and unique advantages in terms of scope of activities, organizational networks and social resources. It should give full play to its service functions and contribute to the reform and development of insurance education.
