目的了解中山市三角镇辖区内餐馆、食品生产加工厂以及其他企业实施食品卫生量化分级管理现状,以便有针对性的安排卫生监督。方法按国家食品药品监督管理局制定的餐饮服务日常检查记录表和结合餐饮服务许可证许可审查的有关标准对辖区内的354家单位逐一进行食品卫生量化级别评定。结果仍有少数单位没有完成量化,已完成量化的单位信誉度普遍较低,食品卫生风险度较高。结论初步实行的食品卫生监督量化分级取得了一定成效,应继续深入和推广,优化界定相关分级标准,修订完善评分细则。
Objective To understand the status quo of quantitative management of food hygiene in restaurants, food production and processing plants and other enterprises in the jurisdiction of Triangle Township in Zhongshan so as to arrange health supervision in a targeted manner. Method According to the daily food inspection record table formulated by the State Food and Drug Administration and the related standards of permit examination of food service license, 354 units within the jurisdiction area were individually assessed on the level of food hygiene quantification. As a result, there are still a few units that have not completed the quantification, the units that have completed the quantification are generally low in credit standing, and the food hygiene risks are relatively high. Conclusion The initial implementation of the quantitative supervision of food hygiene has achieved some success. It should continue to be promoted and promoted, and the relevant grading standards should be optimized and refined. The detailed rules for grading and revision should be revised and improved.
