我公司是江西新余钢铁总厂的一个自营施工企业,主要承担总厂的基建、技改及设备大修任务。随着企业改革的深化,我厂经济发展很快,生产要求成龙配套,施工项目大为增多。与此同时,由于生产的急需,施工期限又往往十分紧迫。面临工程繁重,施工期紧迫的状况,我们决定试采用网络目标计划技术指导工程建设,并先后在650开坯工程、5#电炉改造、棒线材工程等大中型工程施工中取得如期效果。目标工期计划完成率达90%以上。本文试图就我公司将目标管理用于工程建设及其应遵循的几条基本原则作简明阐述。
Our company is a self-operated construction company of Jiangxi Xinyu Iron & Steel Plant, which mainly undertakes the infrastructure, technical renovation and equipment overhaul tasks of the plant. With the deepening of enterprise reform, the economic development of our factory is very fast. Production requires the support of Jackie Chan and construction projects are greatly increased. At the same time, due to the urgent need of production, the construction period is often very urgent. Faced with the arduous conditions of the project and the tight construction period, we decided to use the network target planning technology to guide the construction of the project. We have achieved the desired results in large and medium-sized projects such as the 650 billeting project, the reform of the #5 electric furnace, and rod and wire projects. The completion rate of the target duration plan reached more than 90%. This article attempts to explain concisely the several basic principles that our company will use for the purpose of project management and construction.
