目的:对手足口病患儿合并中枢神经系统损害66例的临床特征进行分析。方法:共纳入66例手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害患儿,对所有患者的病情及相关辅助检查进行分析。结果:66例手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害患儿临床上均有不同程度的持续高热不退、精神差、呕吐、易惊、肢体抖动、无力、呼吸、心率增快、出冷汗、末梢循环不良、高血压、外周血白细胞计数明显增高、高血糖等症状,白细胞计数正常或降低,脑电图可表现为弥漫性慢波,磁共振以脑干、脊髓灰质损害为主。结论:多数手足口病合并中枢神经系统损害患儿有典型的手足口病表现及中枢神经系统损害症状,同时实验室检查及其他影像学检查,特别是MRI检查有较为特异的表现。
Objective: To analyze the clinical features of 66 children with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with central nervous system damage. Methods: A total of 66 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease with central nervous system injury were enrolled in this study. All patients’ condition and related auxiliary examinations were analyzed. Results: 66 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease with central nervous system damage in children with varying degrees of clinical sustained high fever, poor spirit, vomiting, easy to panic, limb jitter, weakness, breathing, heart rate, sweating, peripheral circulation Malnutrition, high blood pressure, peripheral blood leukocyte count was significantly higher, hyperglycemia and other symptoms, white blood cell count was normal or decreased, EEG can be diffuse slow wave, magnetic resonance brain stem, gray matter damage mainly. Conclusion: Most hand foot and mouth disease patients with central nervous system damage have typical HFMD symptoms and central nervous system damage symptoms. Meanwhile, laboratory tests and other imaging tests, especially MRI examination, have more specific performance.
