为了有效、快速地对叶轮机械出口复杂流场进行详细研究,本文改进了文献[1]、[2]、[3]、[4]、[5]所介绍的周期性单点采样,集平均技术,利用微计算机发展成在叶轮转动一周时对多测点同时采样的技术。并通过软件有效地减小了由于转速波动引起的数据误差,同时提出了用于单丝水平热线测量数据处理的实用公式。依靠绕探针轴转动能测量二维流场的平均参数及脉动参数。最后给出了该技术在离心式叶轮出口流场测量的几个实例。
In order to study the complex flow field of impeller mechanical outlet effectively and quickly, this paper improves the periodic single-point sampling introduced in [1], [2], [3], [4] and [5] Technology, the use of micro-computer developed into a single rotation of the impeller at the same time more than the sampling point of technology. The error of data caused by the fluctuation of rotating speed is reduced effectively by software. Meanwhile, a practical formula for measuring data processing of monofilament horizontal hotline is put forward. Relying on the rotation around the probe axis can measure the two-dimensional flow field average parameters and pulsation parameters. Finally, several examples of the technique of measuring the flow field at the outlet of a centrifugal impeller are given.
