不久前,全国总工会以总工发[1994]23号文件形式,向各省、自治区、直辖市总工会,各全国产业工会,全总各部门、各直属单位.中直机关、国家机关工会联合会,各计划单列市总工会.新疆生产建设兵团工会下发了《关于进一步加强和改进工会宣传思想工作的意见》。这是一个关系全局的重要文件。为便于全国工会组织认真贯彻这一文件和各方面了解、支持工会宣传思想工作.特全文刊发这个文件。
