我们要关心儿童在集体中发生的心理和行为变化。集体是一块棱镜,任何一个置身其中的孩子的行为模式都不会与他们独处时的情况相同,而会以折射的方式映透出来。比如:(1)幼儿园里,一个孩子提出要小便,马上就会有一批孩子嚷嚷着想上厕所。(2)当儿童处在同伙团体中时,他的一举一动有时变得就像是另外一个人,连他的父母都会感到惊讶。原来非常文静,在团伙中却变得非常亢奋;原来桀骜不驯,现在却非常驯服;原来沉默寡言,现在却喋喋不休——孩子的行为模式完全要看所处团伙的群体特征。
We need to be concerned about the psychological and behavioral changes children make in their collective. A collective is a prism, and any child in one’s mode of conduct does not behave in the same way as when they were alone, but in a reflexive way. For example: (1) kindergarten, a child proposed to urinate, there will soon be a group of children clamoring to go to the bathroom. (2) When a child is in a group of associates, his every move sometimes becomes another person, even his parents will be surprised. The original very quiet, but very excited in the gang; the original rebellious, but very tame; the original quiet, but now chatter - the child’s behavior depends entirely on group characteristics of the group.
