现行职技高师职教教师教育主要存在教师教育定位“泛专业化”、教育教学改革“去师范化”和教师教育制度“非整合化”三大问题。为了重构职技高师职教教师教育模式,亟待采取如下对策:促进专业化的职教教师发展;培养“双师型”的复合专业人才;推进整合型的课程体系建设;创建一体化的教师教育制度。
There are three main problems in the current vocational teacher education in vocational education: teacher education orientation, pan-professionalization, education and teaching reform, teacher-to-teacher education system and non-integrated education system. In order to reconstruct the vocational education teacher education model, it is urgent to take the following countermeasures: to promote the development of specialized vocational education teachers; to cultivate the “dual-type” composite professionals; to promote the integration of the curriculum system; to create integration Teacher education system.
