本文首先介绍了模块化组织主导规则设计的系统动力学原理,认为主导规则设计的过程伴随着组织状态有序化、组织规则标准化与组织信息显性化,同时也会将组织带入“二次紊乱”;然后基于价值控制逻辑构建了主导规则的体系结构,指出了主导规则设计的三大机制:选择机制、联动机制与激励机制;接着探讨了主导规则设计的价值市场化背景;最后对价值市场化背景下的模块化组织主导规则设计传承模式及其价值升级问题进行了深入分析。
In this paper, the principle of system dynamics of the dominant rules of modular organization is introduced. It is believed that the process of dominant rules design is accompanied by the orderly organization, the standardization of organizational rules and the explicitness of organizational information.
