巴蜀画派作为近年四川文艺界重点关注和政府扶持、打造的画派(群体),各方对其概念定位和代表画家的遴选都存在一些偏差。所谓巴蜀画派应当界定为20世纪内以张大千、陈子庄、冯建吾等等为代表的巴蜀籍近现代画家群体,当下学界应及时和深入进行研究。而对四川当代画家群体,则应使用“新巴蜀画派”概念,政府应大力扶持、打造。
As a painting school (group) focused on the Sichuan literary and art circles and supported by the government in recent years, the schools of Bashu have some deviations in their conceptual positioning and selection of representative painters. The so-called Bashu School of Painting should be defined as a group of modern and contemporary Pakistani students represented by Zhang Daqian, Chen Zizhuang and Feng Jianwu in the 20th century. The current scholarship should be timely and in-depth studied. As for the group of contemporary artists in Sichuan, the concept of “New Pakistani School of Painting” should be used. The government should give great support and create.
