胃扭转临床发病率较低,Berti于1866年在尸检中发现。Berg于1897年首先为此病实施外科手术,近年来报道有增加趋势[1]。笔者于1997年6月～2000年6月采取内镜下慢性不全胃扭转诊治11例,均获成功。现分析报告如下。
