为了挖掘和开发太湖餐饮的资源,宣传、展示太湖美食近几年来的改革创新成果,展示无锡名店、名厨、名菜、名点之风采,由无锡市劳动局、无锡市旅游局、无锡市经贸委、无锡市烹饪协会、无锡瑞居酒店管理公司、无锡市电视台经济频道共同主办,2004无锡厨师节暨太湖美食论坛在10月27-28日千面大酒店举办。这是无锡市近几年来最大的一次烹饪盛会,以“切磋技术、交流合作、寻求发展、做大做强无锡餐饮”为主题。有600余人参加了本次活动,近300道无锡创新菜参加了评比。本次活动得到了无锡酒店餐厅积极响应,有180家酒店参加了比赛,共有187道菜点获得太湖创新名菜点,57位厨师被评为太湖烹饪大师,70位厨师被评为太湖烹饪名师。
In order to tap and develop the resources of Taihu Catering, promote and display the achievements in reform and innovation of Taihu cuisine in recent years, and display the style of Wuxi famous restaurant, celebrity chef, famous dish and famous spot, the Wuxi Municipal Labor Bureau, Wuxi Tourism Bureau, Wuxi Economic and Trade Commission, Wuxi Cuisine Association, Wuxi Rui Ju Hotel Management Company, Wuxi City TV Channel co-sponsored economy, 2004 Wuxi Chef Festival and the Taihu Food Forum in October 27-28 Thousand Noodles Hotel. This is the largest cooking event in Wuxi in recent years, with the theme of “learn from technology, exchange and cooperation, seek development, make Wuxi bigger and stronger”. More than 600 people attended this event, nearly 300 Wuxi innovative dishes participated in the competition. The event received a positive response from the Wuxi hotel restaurant. There were 180 hotels participating in the competition. A total of 187 dishes were awarded the innovative Taihu Lake dishes. 57 chefs were rated as Taihu Cuisine Masters and 70 chefs were rated as Taihu Cuisine Masters.
