提出了一种颚式破碎机偏心轴楔横轧成形新工艺。利用有限元软件Deform-3D对楔横轧颚式破碎机偏心轴进行数值模拟,分析了其成形过程、应变场分布及工艺特点。模拟结果表明:颚式破碎机偏心轴楔横轧工艺是可行的;在同心轴变形为偏心轴过程中,非轧制区金属等效应变在变形初期较大,其值为1.8;原始坯料在与轧辊基圆及导板接触时发生较大的挤压变形,应该采取工艺措施控制。本文为大直径偏心轴高效化、节能化制坯提供了理论依据。
Proposed a jaw crusher eccentric shaft cross wedge rolling a new technology. The finite element software Deform-3D was used to simulate the eccentric shaft of wedge cross-rolling jaw crusher. The forming process, strain field distribution and process characteristics were analyzed. The simulation results show that the cross wedge rolling process of the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher is feasible. During the deformation of the concentric shaft to the eccentric shaft, the equivalent strain of the metal in the non-rolled zone is larger at the initial stage of deformation, and the value is 1.8. With the roller base and the guide plate contact occurs greater extrusion deformation, process control measures should be taken. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the high-efficiency, energy-saving billet of large-diameter eccentric shaft.
