本文采用wistar刚断乳大鼠,观察了强化奶粉(主要添加牛磺酸、乳酮糖、维生素A、D、C和微量元素Fe、Zn)的强化效果。结果是:实验组大鼠粪便中中性脂肪及游离脂肪酸的排出量比对照组明显减少(P<0.05),而血清钙水平明显提高(P<0.05),表明牛磺酸在提高肠道脂肪和钙的消化、吸收和利用的良好作用,似与奶粉中添加的牛磺酸改变肠道胆盐的性质有关。实验还显示:实验组蛋白质的表现消化率及表观生物学价值比对照组有明显提高(P<0.05),似与奶粉中添加乳酮糖有关,它对提高奶粉中酪蛋白的吸收利用有有利影响。强化奶粉对大鼠增重值、饲料效价、热能效价、PER值、血红蛋白及血清总蛋白含量均有提高的趋势。
