应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例贲门癌中肿瘤转移抑制基因表达nm23-H1蛋白的情况。结果发现:癌组织阳性29例(48.33%),nm23-H1蛋白的表达与癌组织的组织学类型及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.025,P<0.05),而与癌组织浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。结果表明,nm23蛋白可作为一种贲门癌淋巴结转移的重要生物学标记物,有助于对贲门癌生物学行为的了解及预后的判断。
Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of nm23-H1 protein in metastasis suppressor gene in 60 cases of cardiac cancer. The results showed that 29 cases (48.33%) were positive for cancer tissue. The expression of nm23-H1 protein was related to the histological type and lymph node metastasis of cancer tissues (P<0.025, P<0.05). Infiltration depth was irrelevant (P>0.05). The results show that nm23 protein can be used as an important biological marker for the lymph node metastasis of cardiac cancer, which contributes to the understanding of the biological behavior of cardiac cancer and the judgment of its prognosis.
