黄花苦参(Sophora glauca Lesch)别名紫花苦参,黑豆根等,系豆科槐属植物,有祛风除湿、调气活血等功用。笔者从黄花苦参恨茎的氯仿和乙醚提取部分,得到八个单一的化合物,根据其理化和光谱数据,确定了其中四个化合物的结构,分别确定为黄叶槐碱(mamanine)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol)、表-羽扇豆醇(epi-lupeol)、八角枫二醇(alangidiol)。其中八角枫二醇首次从槐属植物中得到。其余四个化合物结构待定。本研究对合理的开发利用资源,具有实用和学术意义。
Sophora glauca Lesch is an alias of Sophora flavescens, black bean root and so on. It is a plant of the genus Leguminosae and has functions of dehumidification, detoxification, and regulating blood circulation and activating blood circulation. The author obtained eight single compounds from the extracts of chloroform and ether from the bitter stems of Scutellaria barbadense. Based on its physicochemical and spectral data, the structure of the four compounds was determined and identified as mamanine and lupeol (respectively). Lupeol), epi-lupeol, and alangidiol. The octagonal maple diol was first obtained from the genus Acer. The remaining four compound structures are to be determined. This study has practical and academic significance for the rational development and utilization of resources.
