当前团干部培训工作中存在着培训工作缺少规划,培训重点不够突出;培训资源短缺,培训手段比较单一:培训工作缺乏科学的考评指标等问题和不足。各级团组织要按照新时期党中央对青年干部教育培训的要求,通过加强团干部培训的制度建设和管理,优化团干部教育培训的结构,创新团干部教育培训的方式,推进“体制外”基层团干部培训工作等措施与手段加以解决。
