社会的脚步在飞速的发展,现代的科技也日新月异,全球整个的社会环境都在这种潮流以及趋势中潜移默化地进步。随着人们的生活水平以及生活质量的不断提高,人们对现代科技以及科技所带来的便利也越来越依赖,而其中人们对于电力的需求就在不断的增加,不仅是人们的日常生活需要电力的支持,现代的工业的发展也需要依赖强大的电力的支持。所以我国电力系统的建设在不断地加强,而伴随着国家在电网建设事业的方面投入大量的物力以及人力财力对电力系统进行改革的同时,对相关的一些管理以及要求也就越来越严格以及越来越规范。其中表现最为突出的就是随着用电用户的增多,在相关的交费的管理方面的问题越来越凸显。我国传统的电费的管理模式不再适应现代的发展需求,主要表现在以前只要是先用电后缴费的模式,可能会出现收账款不能及时到位的情况,长此发展,会对电力系统的未来的发展产生非常严重的影响,甚至桎梏其未来发展的空间。因此,在现代化发展的潮流中,加强电费账务的管理,时期管理模式合理化以及科学化是我们需要面临的重要课题,本文主要从我国电费账务管理的现状作为切入点,分析了产生的原因,并提出了一些建议,希望能够为以后的电费账务的管理走向科学化提供一定的参考意见以及价值。
