食品药品安全与人们的安全紧密相关,加强对危害食品药品安全行为的打击力度,对于维护社会安定是十分重要的。主要还需要通过法律手段来加大打击力度,但是在我国目前相关的法律适用中,还存在很多问题。
Food and drug safety is closely related to people’s safety. Strengthening efforts to crack down on food and drug safety hazards is very important for maintaining social stability. However, there are still a lot of problems in the current application of the law in our country.
