郑风苑桥坝工程,天桥采用(13.50+50+13.50)m板式拱桥,桥梁总宽6.50 m,拱顶高16.28 m拱轴线为园曲线,主跨拱轴线圆曲线半径为35.20 m,采用3根1.20 m×0.60 m的拱圈,在跨中部加厚;边跨拱轴线圆曲半径为18 m,采用1.20 m×0.60 m的拱圈,在跨端部加厚;桥面板采用厚度为0.25m的钢筋混凝板,外挂混凝土装饰板;桥拱圈及部分桥板采用支架上现场浇筑施工。文章根据人行天桥(彩虹桥)现浇拱圈、系梁、桥面板承重支架施工方法,对水工溢流坝面上承重支架搭设、承载实验、施工工艺流程,对施工中出现的主要问题和处理方法作了简要阐述。
