湖南省政府要求各级人民政府及其主管部门在贯彻《湖南省野生动植物资源保护条例》时,切实维护和合理利用野生动植物药材,名录如下: 1.野生动物类:华南虎、云豹、金钱豹为一级保护动物;黑熊(狗熊)、穿山甲、水鹿、毛冠鹿、麝、苏门羚、斑羚、刺猬、蛇、蟾等等为二级保护动物。2.野生植物类:杜仲、银杏为二级保护植物;黄连、天麻、厚朴、凹叶厚朴、中华五加、五味子、石斛、蔓荆子、紫草、天门冬、薯蓣、药山黄、精黄、川桂皮等为三级保护植物。
The Hunan provincial government requires the people’s governments at all levels and their competent departments to effectively maintain and reasonably use wild animal and plant medicines when implementing the “Regulations on the Protection of Wildlife Resources in Hunan Province”. The list is as follows: 1. Wildlife: South China Tiger, Clouded Leopard, The leopards are first-class protected animals; black bears (puppy bears), pangolins, sambars, tufted deer, cormorants, serows, gorals, hedgehogs, snakes, crickets, etc. are secondary protection animals. 2.Wild plants: Eucommia ulmoides and Ginkgo biloba as secondary protection plants; Coptidis, Tianma, Magnolia officinalis, Magnolia officinalis, Chinese Wujia, Schisandra, Dendrobium, Vitex negundo, Lithospermum, Asparagus, Dioscorea opposita, Astragalus membranaceus, Semen Yellow, Sichuan cinnamon and other three grades of protected plants.
