黛芩化痰丸由青黛、黄芩、海浮石、橘红等14味中药组成。本文通过临床观察黛芩化痰丸治疗慢性支气管炎80例，结果总有效率97．5％，显控率75％，疗效均高于祛痰灵糖浆（P＜0．01）。从临床疗效分析，其祛痰疗效达100％，明显高于祛痰灵糖浆（P＜0．01）；中医辨证痰热型、肺燥型有效率达100％，且明显高于祛痰灵糖浆（P＜0．01）。
Suihuayuwan consists of 14 Chinese herbal medicines, such as barley, astragalus, sea pumice, and orange. This article through clinical observation of Chunhuayu pills treatment of 80 cases of chronic bronchitis, the results of the total effective rate of 97.5%, display control rate of 75%, the curative effect were higher than Qianling syrup (P <0.01). From the clinical efficacy analysis, the efficacy of sputum was 100%, which was significantly higher than that of Chiling Syrup (P<0.01); the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine for TCM type and sputum type was 100%, and it was significantly higher than that of Zhai Ling. Syrup (P<0.01).
