伺服系统性能的好坏是评价DVD光驱和DVD播放机的重要技术指标之一,也是DVD整机的核心技术之一。在光盘机的实际使用过程中,常常会受到外界干扰以及系统内部干扰,最常见的外界干扰包括由使用环境不稳定带来的振动和偏心,比如车载DVD。内部干扰包括由于主轴安装误差带来的振动和偏心。DVD光驱伺服系统的能力在很大程度上体现在能否快速、准确地读取面振、偏心等缺陷盘片。本文将以面振盘和偏心盘为研究对象,首先分析面振和偏心对伺服环节的影响,并进行数学理论分析。然后进行理论建模寻找解决方案,最后进行实验验证。
Servo system performance is good or bad is to evaluate the DVD drive and DVD player, one of the important technical indicators, but also one of the core technology DVD machine. During practical use of the optical disk drive, external disturbances and internal system disturbances are often encountered. The most common external disturbances include vibration and eccentricity caused by the unstable environment, such as a car DVD. Internal disturbances include vibration and eccentricity due to spindle installation errors. The ability of DVD drive servo system to a large extent reflected in the ability to quickly and accurately read the face vibration, eccentric and other defective disc. In this paper, the face vibration and eccentric disc as the object of study, first of all the analysis of surface vibration and eccentricity on the servo link, and mathematical analysis. Then theoretical modeling to find solutions, the final experimental verification.
