目的探究孕期规范化健康教育模式在产前焦虑抑郁状态孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月于该院登记预约产前检查的230例孕妇作为研究对象,经随机数字表法将230例孕妇分为观察组与对照组,每组115例。对照组仅采用常规产前检查,观察组则在常规产前检查的基础上经孕妇学校接受规范化的孕期健康教育。比较两组孕妇的焦虑、抑郁情况以及自然分娩情况。结果抑郁、焦虑评估结果观察组正常者均多于对照组,且重度抑郁、焦虑者少于对照组,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于对照组。观察组自然分娩率显著高于对照组,而剖宫产率则明显低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论孕期规范化健康教育能够显著改善产前处于焦虑、抑郁状态孕妇的心理状况,提高自然分娩率,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized health education during pregnancy on pregnant women with prenatal anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 230 pregnant women were enrolled in this hospital from June 2014 to June 2015, and 230 pregnant women were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 115 cases in each group. The control group only used conventional antenatal examination, while the observation group received standardized pregnancy health education via pregnant women’s school on the basis of routine prenatal examination. The anxiety, depression and spontaneous labor of the two groups were compared. Results The results of depression and anxiety assessment in the observation group were more than those in the control group. There were less severe depression and anxiety in the observation group than those in the control group. SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower In the control group. The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the rate of cesarean section was significantly lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Standardized health education during pregnancy can significantly improve the psychological status of pregnant women in prenatal anxiety and depression and improve the rate of natural childbirth, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
