本文叙述在100Kev能量下,以1—6×10~(17)/cm~2的不同剂量对GCr15钢进行了单纯N_2~+注入和轰击扩散镀铬层注入以实现离子束混合。结果表明:注入样品表面显微硬度均有不同程度的提高,其相对最大提高量为340.9%;定性地表明了抗腐蚀性能有所增强;俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析得出了一些有趣的结果。如注入后样品表面含氧量均大幅度降低;钢中含氮量存在一个极值浓度;在高剂量注入下,表面镀铬层与基体材料获得了较好的混合等。最后进行了一些讨论与分析。
This paper describes the pure N 2 + implantation and bombardment diffusion GCr15 implantation at different doses of 1-6 × 10 ~ (17) / cm ~ 2 under 100Kev energy to achieve ion beam mixing.
