近几年,上海交通投资(集团)有限公司在久事公司的领导下,坚持科学发展观,紧紧围绕“创新驱动、转型发展”的要求和久事公司“一三二二”发展战略,认真贯彻落实“抓重点、抓盈收、降成本、拓市场”的十二字方针,深化完善经营管理体制机制,基本形成了公交基础设施建设良性循环的发展格局、公交场站专业化管理的规模效应、提高经营管理水平的创新模式及服务公交为核心的企业文化。
