为进一步掌握共青团基层组织建设情况,笔者用时三个月深入盐边县各乡镇的农村、社区、企业、学校、“两新”组织、青年自组织,采取座谈交流、现场考察、查阅资料、走访党政领导和团员青年代表、发放调查表等方式,开展了共青团基层组织情况调研。抽样调查了16个党政机关、28个事业单位、30个两新组织、围绕党建带团建、团建创新、团的队伍建设等方面的问题进行专题调研,总结情况,查找问题,研究新举措,现将调研情况
