新生儿窒息（Ａｎ）是围生期危及新生儿生命的主要原因之一。近年随着围生医学的发展和围生保健工作的提高加强，对Ａｎ抢救用药已有改进，我院从１９９７年３月～１９９８年７月对窒息的新生儿采用纳三联（纳络酮、东莨菪碱和ＶＫ１）治疗５０例，取得了显著疗效，报告如下。
Neonatal asphyxia (An) is one of the major causes of perinatal life-threatening newborns. In recent years, with the development of perinatal medicine and perinatal health care work to improve, An rescue medication has been improved, our hospital from March 1997 to July 1998 neonatal asphyxia nes triple (naloxone, Scopolamine and VK1) treatment of 50 cases, and achieved a significant effect, the report is as follows.
