鞍钢钢铁研究所科技人员开发研究的双球烧结新工艺,于1989年3月26日通过冶金部组织的技术鉴定,与会专家认为,该工艺从低熔点碱性小球熔融与再结晶粘结酸性氧化镁小球的机理出发,在理论研究上有重大突破,技术思想先进;工艺流程合理;对于解决细赤铁精矿烧结的产质量和降低能耗等方面有突出作用。这是我国细精矿生产自熔性烧结矿工艺上的重大突破。本工艺属国内外首创,已达到世界先进水平。
