现代金属热处理和热加工工艺中,涂料保护处理已成为防氧化脱碳的工艺方法之一。由于涂料保护比真空、可控气氛热处理方法具有投资少、不需复杂设备、使用方法简便、适应性强、适宜局部保护和小批零件间歇操作、效果较好等特点,所以,日益受到重视。近几年来,国内金属热处理保护涂料有了较快的发展,在生产中使用也获得一定成效。目前,国内已有的几种热处理保护涂料各具特点。由于各种金属材料的热处理工艺不同,金属材料的组成、性能不同,涂料的保护效果也不一样。至于涂料的施工方法也在一定程度上影响保护效果。本文拟针对玻璃陶瓷型
