为了治理高速铁路机车引起的电能质量问题,维持一个清洁安全的电网,文中讨论了一种先进的铁路功率调节器。针对高速铁路机车的随机性和快速性,提出了一种基于等效负载电阻电压前馈控制的改进单周控制方法。通过等效负载电阻电压前馈控制的方法,可以实时跟踪机车负载的变化,能有效提高控制系统动态响应性能。通过单周控制对直流侧电压进行闭环比例—积分控制,可以稳定直流侧电压,以保证铁路功率调节器的正常、可靠工作。为了克服死区时间对单周控制补偿精度的影响,采用一种死区补偿方法对死区进行了有效补偿。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提出控制方法的正确性,有效地改善了牵引供电网的电能质量水平。
In order to manage the power quality problems caused by high-speed railway locomotives and maintain a clean and safe power grid, an advanced railway power conditioner is discussed in the article. Aiming at the randomness and rapidity of high-speed railway locomotives, an improved one-cycle control method based on equivalent load resistance voltage feedforward control is proposed. Through the equivalent load resistance voltage feed-forward control method, the changes of locomotive load can be tracked in real time, which can effectively improve the dynamic response performance of the control system. Through the single-cycle control of the DC voltage on the closed-loop proportional-integral control, DC voltage can be stabilized in order to ensure the normal and reliable railway power regulator work. In order to overcome the influence of dead time on the compensation accuracy of single-cycle control, a dead-zone compensation method is adopted to effectively compensate dead-zone. Finally, the correctness of the proposed control method is verified through simulation and experiments, which effectively improves the power quality level of the traction power supply network.
