目的:为我国雷公藤品种抗性鉴定和品种选育提供理论依据。方法:以不同地区雷公藤为研究对象,按Bradford方法、Giannoplitis的NBT光化还原法、硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法等测定,探讨几项与活性氧代谢有关指标的差异。结果:西南地区种源之间在可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性、MDA含量3个指标上差别明显大于东南地区;个别地区种源的雷公藤几项指标表现出明显的极端性;一些地区的指标检出值都呈现均衡水平。结论:18个地区雷公藤种源的活性氧代谢指标均呈现出不同程度的差异。
Objective: To provide theoretical basis for the identification of resistance and breeding of Triptolide in China. Methods: The results of Bradford method, NBT photochemical reduction method of Giannoplitis and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) method were used to study the differences between several indexes related to active oxygen metabolism. Results: There were significant differences in the three indicators of soluble protein content, SOD activity, and MDA content between the provenances of the southwestern region in the southeastern region; some indicators of the triptospermum species in some regions showed obvious extremes; Outgoing values all show an equilibrium level. Conclusion: The active oxygen metabolism of Tripterygium wilfordii from 18 regions showed different degrees of difference.
