我厂1800KVA 硅铁冶炼炉自焙电极的下放办法,多年来一直沿用北京钢铁冶金设计院的标准设计。电极工作时用顶丝顶紧铜瓦,下放电极时,工人要钻进炉内冒着100℃以上的高温轮流用管钳松紧顶丝,放一次电极需要停电15—20分钟,有时长达半小时,体力消耗很大。有时为了省事,甚至该放电极时而不及时放,造成铜瓦烧坏,给冶炼带来很多困难。
