目的:建立一种能同时测定血液尿液中铅和镉的方法。方法:用0.1%Triton X-100-0.5g/LED-TA-2%氨水混合溶液稀释血液和尿液,然后直接用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定铅镉的含量。结果:铅镉的方法检出限分别为0.181μg/L和0.189μg/L,样品测定的精密度<6%,铅的回收率在92.2%~115.6%之间,镉的回收率在103.1%~107.2%之间。对冻干牛血(GBW09139g、GBW09130g)、冻干人尿铅(GBW09105e)、冻干人尿镉(ZK018-2)中铅和镉的含量进行了分析,测定值与标准参考值吻合。结论:本方法快速灵敏,精密度和准确度均符合要求,结果令人满意。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of lead and cadmium in blood and urine. Methods: Blood and urine were diluted with 0.1% Triton X-100-0.5g / LED-TA-2% aqueous ammonia solution and the content of lead and cadmium was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results: The detection limits of lead and cadmium were 0.181μg / L and 0.189μg / L, respectively. The precision of the sample was less than 6%, the recovery of lead was between 92.2% and 115.6%, the recovery of cadmium was between 103.1% ~ 107.2% between. The content of lead and cadmium in freeze-dried bovine blood (GBW09139g, GBW09130g), freeze-dried human urine lead (GBW09105e) and freeze-dried human urine cadmium (ZK018-2) were analyzed. The measured values were in good agreement with the standard reference values. Conclusion: The method is fast and sensitive, the precision and accuracy meet the requirements and the results are satisfactory.
